Job summary

Solutions Through Innovative Technologies, Inc. (STI-TEC) seeks an Electronics Engineer with C5I specialization to lead design, development, testing, and sustainment for government programs in the Washington, DC area.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years in C5I, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet program goals. Applicants must be eligible for security clearances as required and stay current with cybersecurity

Qualifications

• Six or more years of experience in C5I or related DoD programs.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• Experience in Coast Guard's C5I professional community.
• Strong technical skills across C5I domains.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance on C5I systems to TMX-PIO stakeholders on design, development, testing, and sustainment.
• Assess and validate C5I systems against requirements and specifications, identifying areas for improvement.
• Troubleshoot C5I systems and propose corrective actions.
• Review and validate development and sustainment documents, including manuals and system documentation.
• Develop and draft technical reports (test, validation, assessments) to support program goals.
• Collaborate with software, systems engineering, and HR IT teams to ensure C5I systems meet goals.
• Stay current with new technologies and apply them to improve system performance.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data privacy, and system security standards.
