M.C. Dean, Inc. Maritime Division seeks a hands-on installer to support C4ISR system installations on ships and submarines at shipyards worldwide, with base duties in San Diego, CA and Norfolk, VA.

The role requires teamwork, reading Navy drawings, operating hand tools, and maintaining high workmanship in critical environments; travel to multiple U.S. shipyards and Navy ports may be required, and U.S. citizenship with clearance is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Vocational or trade school training preferred.
• Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Supports cabling, equipment, and device installations as a team.
• Learn to read U.S. Navy ship installation drawings, diagrams, blueprints and cable running sheets.
• Maintain safety, quality workmanship in a mission-critical environment.
