Job summary

GVI Inc. in Charleston, SC is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead the full lifecycle of complex software and systems development initiatives for government programs.

You will coordinate with government leadership, technical teams, product leads and external partners, ensuring on-time delivery, risk mitigation, and compliance with FAR and DoD policies.

Prioritize quality, documentation, configuration, and successful procurement support as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 15 years of technical experience in C4ISR software development/integration.
• 8 years of Program Management including technology assessments and budgeting.
• 5 years managing MAGTF C2 programs or equivalent.
• Knowledge of FAR and DoD procurement policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of complex software and systems development initiatives.
• Coordinate with Government leadership, technical teams, product leads and external partners.
• Oversee project management, agile scheduling, configuration and release management, QA, data analysis.
• Procurement, property and license support and compliance with DoD policies.
