Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with C2M (Customer to Meter).
• Proven experience in training development and end-user training delivery.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work closely with business and technical teams.
• Willingness to travel on-site during end-user training phase if not local.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-user training materials, including presentations, guides, and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with project and business teams to understand system functionality and training needs.
• Deliver instructor-led and/or hands-on training sessions to end users.
• Customize training content based on audience and business processes.
• Support training planning, scheduling, and coordination activities.
• Provide post-training support and address user questions as needed.
