Job summary

CMiT is seeking experienced training professionals to support a large-scale U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) training initiative.

The Trainer will deliver instructor-led and/or virtual training to end users adopting a new project management information system and related business processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience facilitating adult learning, delivering software application training, and engaging diverse audiences in both classroom and virtual environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Professional training certifications (CPTM/CPTD/ATD) desirable.
• Extensive experience delivering instructor-led and virtual training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions to end users.
• Facilitate engaging learning experiences for adult learners with varying technical proficiency.
• Present training materials, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises per curricula.
• Support user adoption and knowledge transfer during system implementation.
• Respond to participant questions and clarify system functionality and processes.
• Collect and document participant feedback and training evaluation results.
• Coordinate with training leads, project teams, and client stakeholders to ensure training delivery.
• Travel as required to support onsite training delivery.
