Qualifications

• Must meet OAR 309/ISSR standards for Clinical Supervisor qualifications.
• Experience planning, organizing and delivering evidence-based curriculum.
• Proficient with technology and remote education platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create and lead clinical simulations and trainings.
• Supervise simulations and ensure hours meet competencies.
• Deliver CADC-aligned classes in group settings.
• Coordinate training schedules with stakeholders.
• Stay updated on policies and crisis intervention tools.
• Perform administrative tasks and provide program updates.
