Job summary

Lines for Life is seeking a CADC II Training & Clinical Supervision Specialist to support the Custody to Counseling Pipeline at the Snake River Correctional Institution in Ontario, OR. The role develops training for CADC certification components and provides on-site and remote instruction to adults in custody.

The position is full-time with evenings/weekends, some onsite hours, travel to Ontario, OR, and a competitive benefits package including insurance, 401(k), and professional development

Qualifications

• Clinical Supervisor must meet OAR 309/ISSR standards for Clinical Supervisor Qualifications.
• Must possess one of the listed advanced addiction counselor certifications (CADC II, CADC III, NCAC I, MAC, C-CATODSW, CDP, CDSII, CDSIII, ASAM).
• Experience planning, coordinating, and delivering evidence-based curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Create and facilitate clinical simulations and skills training.
• Provide clinical supervision during simulations and evaluate participant skills.
• Deliver classes aligned with CADC competency domains.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to schedule trainings.
• Complete mandatory trainings and stay updated on policies.
• Maintain deadlines and administrative tasks.
• Meet with Director of Equity & Cultural Engagement remotely.
