Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Program/Watch Officer within the C2BMC team in Louisiana. The role oversees 24x7 operations, 125+ personnel, and coordination of engineering programs across multiple task orders to ensure mission-critical missile defense capabilities.

The candidate will manage O&M, network monitoring, and defense of mission systems, reporting on health, status, and action plans to leadership and customers. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Final secret clearance is required for consideration, but must be capable of obtaining a TS/SCI
• Experience leading projects and coordinating across multiple organizations
• Proven ability to manage resources, schedules, and performance metrics
• Strong communication and briefing skills for senior leadership

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, organization, control, and completion of engineering projects
• Formulate engineering program plans; ensure design compliance with standards and contracts
• Review design changes and release specifications/drawings
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to resolve design and test problems
• Provide status reporting to leadership and customers
