Job summary

KBR’s Missile, Aviation, and Ground Systems division is seeking a Curriculum Development Specialist to analyze, develop, review, update, and validate C-UAS training materials in support of the DoW mission and JCU. You will consolidate materials from multiple vendors into formal instructional documents and work closely with SMEs and military personnel to incorporate lessons learned.

Active Secret DoD clearance is required, with eligibility to obtain TS clearance if needed.

Qualifications

• Active Secret DoD clearance required.
• Minimum five years of curriculum development experience using SAT/ISD.
• Ability to consolidate training materials from multiple vendors into formal documents.
• Experience synthesizing manuals and slides into modular training packages.
• Ability to coordinate with SMEs and military/civilian personnel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, review, update and validate C-UAS training products and materials.
• Integrate training content from multiple sources into cohesive instructional packages.
• Edit content for accuracy, readability and adherence to style guides.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and military personnel to incorporate lessons learned.
