Job summary

OWT Global LLC in the National Capital Region seeks MTT Instructors to deliver C-sUAS training for JIATF-401 and Domestic Shield, with opportunity to surge.

You will prepare lesson plans, conduct classroom, field training, assess performance, and maintain currency with JCU standards across installations. Travel extensively (CONUS/OCONUS); active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent military/technical experience.
• 5+ years of instructional or operational experience in Counter-UAS or related mission areas.
• Active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship required or strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel extensively (CONUS and OCONUS).

Responsibilities

• Deliver formal and informal C-sUAS instruction aligned with JCU-validated doctrine.
• Conduct classroom, practical, and field training events across installations.
• Prepare lesson plans, training aids, and evaluations.
• Assess student performance against C-sUAS standards and document results.
• Maintain instructor proficiency and currency with Joint C-UAS University standards.
