Fleet Farm is seeking a C-Store Team Lead to guide a team delivering top customer service at our gas mart and convenience store. You will supervise, train, and motivate staff, manage checkout operations, and ensure compliance with tobacco, lottery, and alcohol regulations.

The role requires flexible scheduling, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and experience in a fast-paced retail environment. Fleet Farm values safety, customer focus, and teamwork across all shifts.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• 2 years of retail management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and build relationships in a fast paced environment.
• Must be able to direct and motivate a diverse population that includes full-time and part-time Team Members.
• Ability to work in a variety of temperatures, including cooler, freezer, and outdoor temperatures.

Responsabilidades

• Train, coach, mentor, develop, and supervise Team Members in the C-Store.
• Provide customers with quick and efficient check-out experiences with accurate transactions.
• Follow all regulations regarding tobacco, lottery, and alcohol transactions.
• Ensure safe food handling requirements are followed.
• Oversee gas mart operations including fuel pumps and related documentation.
• Ensure emergency response protocols for spills and hazardous materials are followed.
• Answer customer questions on location, price, and product specifications.
• Maintain stock levels and restock merchandise as needed.
• Open and close the store and ensure facility security.
• Set up displays per Company directives and promote Fleet Farm loyalty programs.
