Responsibilities

• Train, coach, mentor, and supervise Team Members in the C-Store.
• Ensure quick, accurate checkout and proper POS transactions.
• Follow regulations on tobacco, lottery, and alcohol sales.
• Maintain safe food handling procedures.
• Oversee gas mart operations and fuel-related documentation.
• Enforce emergency response protocols for spills and hazards.
• Assist customers with location, price, and product information.
• Manage stock levels and restock merchandise.
• Open and close store and ensure security.
• Display setup according to company directives.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty program and credit card initiatives.
