Qualifications

• Experience in retail, food service, or customer service.
• Must be able to do basic math at the eighth-grade level.
• On-the-job training is provided for all new team members.

Responsibilities

• Work five days per week, including some weekends.
• Assist Store Manager with hiring, training, and development of team members.
• Ensure clean, stocked store and customer-ready standards.
• Handle cash, register balancing, and timely bank deposits.
• Maintain compliance with city, county, and state beverage laws.
• Lead staff to achieve store inspection scores of 90% or higher.
• Provide prompt, courteous service to every customer.
