Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking a Regional Operations Manager for Western North Carolina in a growing convenience store chain focused on fresh food and guest experience.

The role oversees all store operations, manages General Managers, and drives store financials and food profitability. Relocation is available for strong out-of-state candidates; a competitive base salary of $90,000–$120,000 plus up to $2,000 monthly bonus, full benefits and 401k with match are provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma or GED required; college degree in business or hospitality is a plus.
• Clean background, drug test, and drivers license.
• Experience in high-volume people management role. Must have retail and/or restaurant or C-store experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations.
• Manage General Managers.
• Responsible for all store financials. Manage; sales, labor, shrink, etc.
• Manage food offer ensuring a quality and profitable offer
• Ensure a clean and safe environment that is welcoming to guests and crew
• Organize and facilitate necessary job meetings.
