Job summary

Refuel Operating Company, LLC is seeking a C-Store Manager to lead day-to-day store operations, including scheduling, training, and supervising staff at an assigned location. The role requires flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with travel up to 10% as needed.

You will recruit and develop the team, manage labor and inventory, monitor performance, and drive customer service excellence while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• C-Store/retail manager experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations including scheduling, training, and supervising team members.
• Manage labor hours to align with traffic patterns and Store Labor Model targets.
• Ensure proper food service, car wash profits, and inventory and cash handling.
• Recruit, coach, and develop team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Order products, monitor in-stock levels, and maintain proper displays.
• Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify trends.
• Implement promotions and ensure advertising/signage is posted on schedule.
• Ensure safety and security, and comply with policies.
