Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations, including scheduling and training staff.
• Supervise the assistant manager(s) and team to ensure customer service excellence.
• Manage food service and car wash profits and controllable expenses.
• Schedule labor hours to align with traffic and labor targets.
• Enforce operating procedures and keep the store clean and stocked.
• Place product orders timely to maintain in-stock levels.
• Monitor sales, KPIs, and promotional activities; adjust as needed.
• Ensure safety, security, and adherence to company policies.
