Job summary

Qualifications

• C-store and/or retail manager experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations, including scheduling and training.
• Supervise team members and the assistant manager.
• Monitor expenses, labor, inventory, and cash handling.
• Analyze sales and KPIs to identify trends.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company policies.
