Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations, including scheduling and supervising staff and the assistant manager.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members to provide excellent service.
• Schedule labor to match customer traffic and targets.
• Ensure procedures are followed for clean, stocked, and organized store.
• Place product orders and maintain in-stock levels.
• Monitor pricing, conduct price surveys, and complete daily paperwork.
• Track cash, inventory shrinkage, and losses.
• Analyze sales and KPIs to identify trends.
• Implement monthly promotions and signage.
• Enforce safety and security policies and procedures.
