Job summary

Refuel Operating Company, LLC is seeking a C-Store Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations, including scheduling, training, and supervising team members and the assistant manager. The role requires flexible availability evenings, weekends, and some holidays to meet business needs.

This position reports to the District Manager and is salary exempt. You will manage food service, car wash profits, labor, inventory, and customer service, while analyzing sales and KPIs to drive improvements

Qualifications

• C-Store and/or retail manager experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations including scheduling, training, and supervising staff.
• Control labor costs, inventory, and cash handling.
• Recruit and develop team while delivering excellent customer service.
• Execute monthly promotions and maintain signage.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company policies.
