Job summary

Refuel is seeking a C-Store Manager MIT to lead day-to-day store operations at the assigned store, including scheduling, training, and supervising team members and assistant managers to ensure excellent guest service and store performance.

This full-time role reports to the District Manager and requires flexibility in hours, including evenings, weekends and some holidays, with up to 10% travel and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Leadership, communication, team-building skills
• Understanding of c-store operations
• Experience in retail management (C-store preferred)
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and meet physical requirements

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Manage store profits and controllable expenses (labor, inventory, cash).
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and assistants.
• Schedule labor hours to align with traffic and targets.
• Maintain proper stock levels and in-stock availability.
• Monitor sales, KPIs, and promotions; ensure proper signage and advertising.
• Enforce safety and security procedures.
