Qualifications

• C-store and/or retail manager experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage labor hours to align with customer traffic patterns and Store Labor Model targets.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop positive individuals to become members of the team, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Implement and enforce established daily operating procedures to ensure the store is clean, stocked, organized, and well-kept.
• Ensure all product orders are placed accurately and on schedule to maintain proper in-stock levels.
• Monitor daily retail gasoline competitors, send price surveys, and complete daily paperwork promptly.
