Job summary

Refuel Operating Company, LLC operates fast-growing convenience stores and fuel outlets. We seek a C-Store Manager to run day-to-day store operations, lead the team, schedule shifts, and coach staff to deliver excellent guest service.

You will be responsible for labor optimization, inventory control, cash handling, and executing promotions while maintaining safe, clean, and compliant store conditions. This role reports to the District Manager and requires flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a C-store or retail operation.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proven leadership and customer-service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including scheduling, training, and supervising staff.
• Manage labor to match customer traffic and Store Labor Model targets.
• Control expenses, inventory, and cash handling, ensuring accuracy.
• Implement promotions and ensure proper signage and communication.
• Maintain safety, policy compliance, and housekeeping standards.
