Job summary

Refuel Operating Company, LLC is seeking a C-Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations at the assigned store location. You will supervise staff, manage scheduling, training, and ensure excellent customer service while controlling labor, inventory, and expenses.

The role requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays, with travel limited to the assigned store area. Prior C-store/retail management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in C-store/retail management preferred.
• Knowledge of store labor scheduling and customer service standards.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including food service and car wash profits.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop store staff and assistant managers.
• Schedule labor to match customer traffic and store targets.
• Enforce daily operating procedures to keep store clean, stocked, and organized.
• Place product orders to maintain in-stock levels and meet demand.
• Monitor fuel price surveys and complete daily administrative tasks.
• Track cash, inventory shrinkage, and daily reports.
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities.
• Lead monthly promotions and ensure signage is posted on time.
• Uphold safety and security policies and report incidents.
• Follow company policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
