This role assists with hiring, training, and developing team members while maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and customer-ready store.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, food service, or customer service.
• Basic math skills.
• On-the-job training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Work five days per week, including some weekends when Store Manager is off.
• Work up to six days per week if store needs and performance require it.
• Work assigned shifts, including at least two nights per week.
• Support daily store operations and complete assigned tasks per policies and direction.
• Ensure compliance with city, county, and state beverage laws.
• Deliver prompt, courteous service to customers.
• Lead staff to maintain cleanliness and high store inspection scores.
• Maintain customer-ready standards: restrooms, parking lot, fuel islands, counters, and merchandise.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, register balancing, and timely deposits.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members; oversee daily workflow.
