Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service.
• Able to do basic math at the eighth-grade level.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Work the days and hours needed, typically five days per week, including some weekends.
• Work up to six days per week if needed to meet performance or staffing needs.
• Work assigned shifts, including at least two nights per week.
• Support daily store operations and follow policies/directions.
• Ensure compliance with beverage laws at city, county, and state level.
• Deliver prompt, courteous service to customers.
• Lead and support staff to maintain clean, organized store areas and high inspection scores.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and timely deposits.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures as outlined in the handbook.
