Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Software Engineer to support new product development at Security Enterprise Solutions. You will design, develop, and troubleshoot multi-tier distributed applications in C++ on Linux, focusing on real-time performance and OO design, collaborating with cross-functional scientists and engineers.

You will contribute through the software lifecycle from requirements to validation, participate in software development processes, and may travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4-8 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 2-6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in C++ and OOAD, memory management, and distributed systems design.
• Experience with TCP/UDP socket programming and Linux-based development.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain efficient C++ code for distributed systems.
