Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong C++ programming with modern C++ (C++20+).
• Experience with Python and shell scripting.
• Familiar with AI-assisted tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot.
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with Git and collaborative workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop core framework software for collaborative autonomy behaviors in multi-domain environments.
• Enable collaboration across autonomous agents in air, ground, and maritime domains.
• Work with autonomy engineers, product managers, and customers to deliver solutions.
• Profile, debug, and optimize code for real-time performance in constrained environments.
• Automate workflows and build tooling to improve development velocity.
