Job summary

Applied Intuition is seeking Application Software Engineers to bridge customers and engineering, extending and adapting our products for global users. You will work closely with autonomy developers to maximize product impact and customer success.

Responsibilities include collaborating with customers to understand use cases, aligning with engineering on roadmaps, and translating customer needs into actionable priorities for the team.

Qualifications

• Experience interacting with end-customers as an application engineer or developer.
• Proficiency in Python or C++ software development.
• Excellent communication skills and customer problem-solving focus.
• Fluency in English and Japanese.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers to understand development needs and autonomy use cases for applying products.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure product roadmap supports current and future customers.
• Ensure customer needs are backed by the broader engineering team through prioritization.
• Collaborate with sales to gather requirements via technical discussions and workshops.
• Explore new product areas driven by understanding customer landscape.
