Qualifications

• 3–7 years experience building production distributed systems.
• Track record of owning real-time, production-grade services.
• Solid understanding of event-driven and distributed system design.
• Operational experience: observability, debugging under pressure, incident response.
• Sharp communicator, analytically strong, detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the trading infrastructure that puts the firm's strategies into live markets.
• Build and run real-time services where correctness and uptime are non-negotiable.
• Integrate with external exchanges, venues, and counterparties.
• Take ownership of production operations — observability, alerting, and incident response.
