Summit Securities Group is seeking a driven C++ Software Engineer to own low-latency, high-throughput trading systems. You will architect, optimize, and maintain the execution foundations, partnering with quantitative researchers and trading desks in a fast-paced environment.

The Core Engineering team owns end-to-end trading infrastructure, from execution to market data and strategy implementation, offering broad ownership and a direct impact on performance and P&L.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering with increasing system complexity.
• Expertise in modern C++ on Linux, memory management and concurrency.
• Willingness to work onsite in the office 4 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Own trading system design from whiteboard to production.
• Optimize low-latency systems for microsecond execution.
• Develop order matching and venue gateways across assets.
• Collaborate with researchers and traders; build test harnesses for rapid iteration.
• Drive architectural decisions for a scalable codebase.
