Job summary

FITS is seeking a capable Scheduler with a background in Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) for our island operations. The role focuses on maintaining an integrated schedule, performing impact analyses, and aligning document readiness with field execution in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience.
• Bilingual: excellent reading, writing and speaking in Spanish and English.
• Experience developing and maintaining integrated schedules for C&Q or similar regulated projects.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools (Primavera P6 and/or MS Project) and schedule controls (baseline management, forecasting).
• Ability to perform schedule impact analysis and communicate drivers/risks for C&Q reporting (weekly/monthly).
• Strong coordination to align schedule with documents and field execution; clear written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain integrated C&Q schedule (plan/actual/forecast).
• Support schedule impact analysis for C&Q reporting.
• Align with document prep and execution phases; provide inputs for weekly/monthly forums.
• Escalate concerns impacting the C&Q schedule.
• Work with Project Integrator to capture latest updates in the project schedule.
• Run schedule scenarios and assess impacts to the C&Q schedule.
