Job summary

FITS LLC in the United States seeks a scheduling professional to maintain integrated Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) schedules, perform impact analyses, and align documentation with field execution. The role requires English/Spanish fluency and experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with the Project Integrator, support weekly and monthly forums, and escalate any schedule risks to ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills in Spanish and English.
• Experience developing and maintaining integrated schedules for Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) or comparable regulated project work.
• Proficient with scheduling tools (Primavera P6 and/or MS Project) and schedule controls practices (baseline management, progress updates, forecasting).
• Ability to perform schedule impact analysis and communicate drivers/risks for C&Q reporting (weekly/monthly).
• Strong coordination to align schedule with document readiness and field execution.

Responsibilities

• Maintain integrated C&Q schedule (plan/actual/forecast).
• Support schedule impact analysis for C&Q reporting.
• Align with document preparation and execution phases and provide inputs for weekly/monthly forums.
• Escalate concerns impacting the C&Q schedule.
• Collaborate with Project Integrator to capture latest C&Q updates and changes in the overall project schedule.
• Run schedule scenarios and assess impacts to the C&Q schedule.
