Job summary

FITS LLC in Puerto Rico is seeking a skilled C&Q Scheduler to maintain an integrated Commissioning & Qualification schedule (plan/actual/forecast) and support weekly and monthly forums.

You will align document readiness, test scripts, turnover packages with field execution, perform schedule impact analysis, and escalate issues to keep the project on track. Strong communication in English and Spanish is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain integrated C&Q schedule (plan/actual/forecast).
• Support schedule impact analysis for C&Q reporting.
• Align with document preparation and execution phases and provide inputs for weekly/monthly forums.
• Escalate concerns impacting the C&Q schedule.
• Coordinate with Project Integrator to capture latest updates on C&Q activities.
