Milrose Consultants, LLC seeks a Project Manager for Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) in New York City. The role oversees full lifecycle CO projects, acting as the main contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams.

You will coordinate approvals, inspections, and sign-offs, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely occupancy. Strong communication and multitasking across multiple projects are essential for success.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management, construction, permitting, architecture, engineering, or regulatory compliance.
• Strong understanding of project coordination and regulatory approval processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and client expectations.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams).
• Ability to navigate municipal agency portals and manage project documentation.
• Experience with DOB Now, BIS, and eFiling is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, providing timely updates on status, approvals, inspections, and occupancy milestones.
• Manage projects from assignment through Temporary and/or Final Certificate of Occupancy issuance.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, ownership teams, and municipal agencies to advance project requirements.
• Review project documentation to identify outstanding requirements needed to achieve occupancy objectives.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, inspections, sign-offs, and agency approvals for timely completion.
• Track agency comments and objections, and resolve outstanding items.
• Review submissions for completeness prior to agency filing.
• Maintain accurate project records and generate status reports and meeting summaries.
• Identify risks and escalation points to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service.
