Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience in application development, primarily using C#, .NET Core, and React.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain web applications using C# and .NET Core on the backend, and React on the frontend.
• Collaborate across teams to troubleshoot, enhance, and support enterprise systems.
• Guide project planning, evaluate tasks, and ensure quality deliverables are production-ready before handoff.
• Contribute to the full development cycle: design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Lead and participate in code reviews, ensuring code meets performance and security standards.
• Provide mentorship to peers and junior team members while staying current with emerging tools and frameworks.
• Optimize performance, debug complex issues, and contribute to our evolving development practices.
