Job summary

Arq Solutions (Red River) LLC is seeking a C-Level Operator to safely and efficiently manage the Red River Activated Carbon Plant. The role progresses through C Operator, C.1, and C.2 stages, building hands-on control of furnaces, mills, gas/air systems, and material handling.

Shift work is 12-hour, with cross-area assignments as needed. The operator will perform rounds twice per shift, ensure environmental and safety compliance, document load-out activities, and support maintenance and process

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required; technical college degree or cert preferred.
• Experience in industrial plant, manufacturing, or chemical settings is preferred.
• Ability to operate furnaces, mills, conveyors, pumps, and related process systems.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies, perform environmental rounds, and maintain compliance across operations.
• Operate load-out, shipping, and material handling activities with proper documentation.
• Monitor and troubleshoot upstream production equipment and utility systems.
• Support shift turnover and diagnostic reporting to preserve plant continuity.
• Carry out preventive maintenance tasks and basic tool use as required.
