Job summary

Arq Solutions (Red River) LLC seeks a C-Level Operator to support the safe, efficient operation of the Red River Activated Carbon Plant. The role is a progressive three-tier development path designed to build knowledge, technical capability, and ownership across production, utility, and environmental systems.

The position includes C Operator through C.2 responsibilities, rotating 12-hour shifts, and collaboration with Control Room, maintenance, environmental staff, and leadership to maintain

Qualifications

• Knowledge of industrial plant operations, safety practices, and process controls.
• Ability to read SOPs, P&IDs, and safety procedures.
• Willingness to learn and operate across production, utilities, and environmental systems.
• Experience with basic computer systems and plant software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety policies, PPE requirements, and environmental procedures.
• Operate and monitor production equipment, furnaces, mills, and conveyors.
• Support load-out, shipping, and material handling operations.
• Perform rounds, identify anomalies, and document operational data.
• Collaborate across Operations, Maintenance, Environmental, Logistics, and leadership.
