Trigyn's direct government client has an immediate need for a C# / ASP.NET Developer in Albany, NY.

Description:

Design and implement solutions on rewrite project using C#, .NET, MVC, PL/SQL, Crystal Reports and various other programming tools.

Daily Tasks will include but are not limited to the following:

Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC)
Design and deploy complex reports, and diagnose and troubleshoot various rules, calculations, and data issues on application reports using Crystal Reports utilizing the Data warehouse and other data sources as needed.
Use Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 or higher and write code using .NET Core framework, ASP.Net, c#, MVC, JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, XML
Prepare scripts to create and modify existing Oracle tables, create indexes, constraints, triggers, views, etc., code stored procedures and packages, convert and migrate data when necessary.
Use a source code repository, such TFS for checking source code in and out, and branching off new versions of the source code.

? Report status of current tasks and outstanding issues to supervisor.?

Interact with business analyst and technical team to translate requirements into technical models.

Mandatory Qualification:

Develops and implements applications and programs for the backend processing systems used in businesses and organizations.
Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance and provides guidance to others. May have an advanced education.
72 months Experience developing web-based applications using C#, ASP.NET, Angular. for n-tier web deployment
72 Months Experience designing and deploying complex reports, troubleshoot various rules, calculations, and data issues on application reports using Crystal Reports 10 or higher (NOT SSRS), utilizing the Data warehouse or any other source of data.
72 months Experience with Oracle: Database design, PL SQL coding, stored procedures, packages, indexes, triggers, creating tables, etc. with Oracle 10g or higher using ORACLE PL/SQL.
72 months experience developing and maintaining web applications that utilize HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap and Cascading Style Sheets.
48-month Experience developing applications with MVC 5 or later versions.
36 Months Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) 2010 or later, for development activities and code repositories
36 Months experience coding and maintaining applications which contain Health Care data that fall under HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI).
