Trigyn Technologies, Inc. is seeking a seasoned .NET Developer in Albany, NY to gather requirements, implement enhancements, and maintain Oracle queuing and related stored procedures for FHARM integration. The role focuses on backend development, SOA integration, and robust UI components.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ASP.NET MVC, WCF, REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle databases, and SSRS reporting, delivering analytical insights and efficient support for hearing operations.

Formación

• 84 months experience developing and implementing multi-tier .NET applications using ASP.NET MVC.
• 84 months experience with SOA integration and secure web services (WCF) and REST/SOAP APIs.
• 84 months experience in Oracle relational databases, PL/SQL, and complex SQL queries.
• 84 months experience with HTML5, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, CSS for responsive UI.
• 72 months experience developing analytical and statistical reports using SSRS.
• 60 months experience developing and utilizing Oracle Advanced Queuing.

Trigyn's direct government client has an immediate need for a .NET Developer in Albany, NY.

Description

• Gather and analyze new requirements from the Bureau of Special Hearings.
• Develop and implement enhancements to the project application to align with evolving needs.
• Maintain and optimize Oracle Advanced Queueing and stored procedures related to FHARM integration.
• Generate ad-hoc reports to support hearing timeliness and compliance monitoring.
• Address system issues to maintain operational efficiency.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the project application.

Mandatory Qualification

• Develops and implements applications and programs for the backend processing systems used in businesses and organizations.
• Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
• 84 months experience developing and implementing multi-tier .NET applications leveraging ASP.NET (4.0 & above) MVC design pattern.
• 84 months experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) application integration including development of secure .NET web-services using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) and SOAP/Restful APIs.
• 84 months experience in Oracle designing relational databases, data modelling & deployment of SQL objects, PL/SQL coding and debugging, creating XML type stored procedures & packages, writing & testing complex SQL queries.
• 84 months experience in utilizing HTML5, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap and Cascading Style Sheet client-side technologies to build responsive user interfaces.
• 72 months experience developing analytical and statistical reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• 60 months experience developing and utilizing Oracle Advanced Queuing.
• Bachelor’s degree - Computer Science related field.
