Job summary

CAE USA is seeking a leader to plan, organize, and control the C-17 Operational Training Sites from concept through program life cycles to optimize profit and growth objectives. You will manage day-to-day progress, collaborate with site managers, instructors, engineers, government representatives, and training support staff in a dynamic defense environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field.
• Military Air Mobility Management Experience.
• C-17 experience required and capable of managing C-17 training at Wing, Group and Squadron Level.
• Strong knowledge of C-17 flight simulator and training services market.
• Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the C-17 Training System Operations and Maintenance Program across all C-17 Training Sites.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate program staff at CONUS and OCONUS sites.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, manufacturing, logistics, CYBERSECURITY, and operations to meet cost, schedule, and performance goals.
• Prepare, conduct, and run medium to large technical and management meetings with internal and external customers.
• Provide leadership and feedback on key program metrics and contract activities.
