Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum fifteen (15) years of aircraft modification, maintenance, and/or depot experience.
• Minimum five (5) years of supervisory/management manufacturing/production operations experience.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Must be able to coordinate personnel and production workflow.
• Experience interpreting and solving challenging issues.
• Experience in root cause analysis and corrective action formulation.
• Ability to work multiple shifts.
• U.S. citizen and ability to obtain a secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead modification/PDM of fixed-wing platforms, primarily C-130J, in Crestview, FL.
• Own cost, schedule, and technical integration of aircraft.
• Coordinate with shift leads to meet on-time delivery and budget targets.
• Provide on-site leadership for modification and test activities.
• Serve as the primary interface between modification team, support personnel, and customers.
• Develop installation schedules and return-to-green plans when issues arise.
