Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a C130J Flightline Completion Manager in Marietta, GA to oversee all flightline processes for C130J aircraft. You will manage avionics checkout, fuel tests, engine runs, and final inspections prior to sale and delivery, while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure on-time performance.

You will lead daily work plans, prioritize tasks to meet delivery schedules, and communicate priorities across shifts.

Qualifications

• Managing on a flightline.
• Knowledgeable on LM process and procedures.
• Experience managing multi discipline teams.
• C130J system experience and knowledge.
• Experience managing on a C130J flightline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee avionics checkout, fuel functional checkout, engine runs, system checkouts, and final inspections.
• Direct flightline workflow and prioritize daily aircraft work flow to meet delivery goals.
• Review and finalize daily work plans, reallocating resources as needed to achieve daily objectives.
• Escalate constraints that cannot be resolved at the manager level and communicate priorities.
