Job summary

Accendra Health seeks a customer service representative to educate patients on products, address concerns, and place orders in a high-volume inbound call center. The role focuses on delivering a positive experience and ensuring patient satisfaction across channels.

The position requires 1-2 years of experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office. On-site at Bothell, WA for 6 months, then hybrid, with typical M-F hours and comprehensive teammate benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience required.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and the ability to navigate multiple platforms.
• Ability to learn our brand products and therapies.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve patient concerns.
• Demonstrate soft skills to enhance patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls from patients and healthcare professionals.
• Review and process orders via fax and electronic platforms.
• Make outbound calls to patients and healthcare professionals as needed.
• Utilize tools and resources to assist in order entry.
• Use full product knowledge of Byram therapies to service patients.
• Communicate effectively with patients, teammates healthcare professionals and sales team.
• Consistently meet required KPI’s.
• Perform other duties as required.

Job Description

The anticipated salary range for this position is $22-23 hourly.

Position located in Bothell, WA. On-site the first 6 months and then hybrid.

M-F 8.30-5 pm

Summary

The representative provides a positive customer service experience that meets the needs of our patients by educating them on products and services, listening to concerns, addressing issues, and placing supply orders in a high-volume inbound call center.

Core Responsibilities

• Receive Inbound calls from patients and healthcare professionals
• Review and Process orders via fax and electronic platforms
• Make outbound calls to patients and healthcare professionals as needed
• Utilize tools and resources to assist in order entry
• Use full product knowledge of Byram therapies to service patients
• Communicate effectively with patients, teammates healthcare professionals and sales team.
• Consistently meet required Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
• Perform other duties as required
