Job summary

Accenture in California seeks a highly experienced Blue Yonder WMS practitioner to advise and deliver on large BY WMS programs, lead solution design, and mentor delivery teams across multiple sites. You will play a key role in workshops and architecture decisions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.

The role requires 3+ years of BY WMS experience, 2+ years in BY development practices (MOCA, SQL, APIs, Java), and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Blue Yonder WMS experience
• Minimum of 2 years with Blue Yonder development practices including MOCA, SQL, API-based integration, and Java development
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience) or 6 years with an Associate’s Degree

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and delivery across complex BY WMS programs
• Lead workshops with business and IT stakeholders at all levels
• Define solution or integration architectures aligned with client requirements
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks across design, integration, testing, and deployment phases
• Mentor and develop junior and mid-level consultants
• Contribute to practice development through accelerators and reusable assets
• Support business development activities including pre-sales, demos, scoping, and SOW input
• Establish and enforce documentation standards and delivery best practices
