Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings GO is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, overseeing shift teams and ensuring a standout guest experience during peak and non-peak periods.

You will act as the quarterback of the management team, coaching both Hospitality and Heart of House staff, setting performance standards, and fostering an inclusive, team-first culture in a fast-paced environment.

As a General Manager for Buffalo Wild Wings GO, you lead from the front. You’ll oversee daily restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis, ensuring each shift runs smoothly and delivering a standout guest experience during every rush and every moment in between.

You’ll serve as the quarterback of the restaurant management team—coaching, coordinating, and supporting both Hospitalityand Heart of House teams. You’ll set the tone for performance, bring structure to fast-moving shifts, and help build an inclusive, team-first environment.
