Qualifications

• At least 2 years of management experience (fast-casual or QSR preferred).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and hold a team accountable.
• Knowledge of P&L management, labor scheduling, and inventory control.
• Solid understanding of health codes, food safety, and safe operations.
• Problem-solving, organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Guest-first attitude with a passion for delivering an excellent experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus).
