Job summary

Haley Express Car Buying Center in Richmond, VA is seeking a full‑time Buying Center Coordinator to handle inbound inquiries, set appointments for in‑person appraisals, and manage follow‑ups with prospective sellers. This role requires strong communication, organization, and customer service skills, with automotive knowledge and Microsoft Office proficiency preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication (oral and written) for daily interactions with customers.
• Organizational skills to prioritize tasks.
• Customer service mindset representing Haley Express to customers in person, via email/text, and over the phone.
• 1-2 years automotive experience preferred.
• Computer skills required - Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• General knowledge of automotive vehicles preferred.
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries from customers via phone, website forms, and third‑party leads.
• Set appointments for quick in‑person appraisals.
• Outbound follow‑up by phone, email, and text per CRM process.
• Greet customers on arrival, collect basic vehicle information, and assist with the appraisal process.
• Maintain Haley Express customer service standards and online reviews.
• Communicate effectively with management and perform duties as required by leadership.
