Haley Auto Group is seeking a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to lead pre-owned vehicle procurement. You will work with sales leadership to source inventory and manage the acquisition process while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

The role requires 3+ years in vehicle procurement or related automotive work, strong communication, and proficiency with VinSolutions. A valid license and collaborative mindset are essential in our Richmond-area dealerships.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate has 3+ years leading vehicle procurement or similar role.
• Professional demeanor with strong organization and time management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to acquire pre-owned inventory with Sales Managers.
• Use CRM and prospecting resources to engage private parties selling vehicles.
• Interact with customers in person and by phone; drive incremental business through engagement.
• Use CRM to set appointments for appraisals and complete paperwork.
• Refer buyers to Sales staff and coordinate the sales process.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and manage communications throughout the acquisition process.
• Collaborate with GMs, Used Vehicle Manager, Sales teams, and service staff.
• Review vehicle condition reports, determine pricing, and oversee inspections.
