EmpowerHome Team - Atlanta is seeking a knowledgeable buyer’s agent to join our team. You’ll be the buyer’s main contact from first message to final sale, ensuring a positive experience and guiding clients through every step of the home buying process.

Responsibilities include advising on budgeting and mortgage options, lead engagement, preparing contracts and closing documents, and managing CRM-driven follow-up to convert leads into closed transactions.

Qualifications

• Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills.
• 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
• Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry
• Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
• Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
• Active Georgia Real Estate License (required)
• Full-time commitment to real estate sales
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems
• Coachable, driven, and results-oriented
• Organized with strong follow-up discipline

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the home buying process, including budgeting and mortgage options.
• Engage pre-qualified leads to determine wants and needs in a home.
• Act as intermediary between client and listing agent for smooth transactions.
• Provide information about the local housing market to home buyers.
• Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases.
• Meet with motivated buyers and guide them through the full home-buying process.
• Support clients with home search, financing, and closing coordination.
• Maintain CRM and lead-system follow-up to convert leads into transactions.
• Host open houses and convert attendees into active buyers.
