Qualifications:

• 3-5 years in SAP planning (NOT procurement or purchasing)
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Ability to work onsite

Primary Role:

1. Manage Master Production Schedule for manufacturing cells
2. Manage inventory levels
3. Analyze part shortages and capacity constraints
4. Lead execution of production plan with schedulers, operations, and procurement

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand and capacity constraints
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate procurement of materials as needed
• Identify and resolve production issues to minimize disruptions and delays
• Continuously improve production planning processes and systems

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in production planning or a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and planning software
